Hourly Rate:
$75/hr
Rates include engineer plus access to all studio owned equipment and instruments.
Piano Tuning $75 Dogwood Recording has the grand piano tuned regularly but some clients like to have it tuned the day of the session. If you would like it tuned the day of your session the charge is $75 and the piano is usually tuned right before the session begins.
Booking And Payment:
We may require 50% deposit to secure your session time.
Session start and stop time is required.
If client leaves session before stop time, full amount is due.
Balance is due at end of session or at end of multi-day session.
Cash, Check or Paypal accepted as payment. (Visa & Mastercard coming soon)
NSF Checks incur $25 fee.
Cancellation:
48hr verbal notice (in advance of session start time) to cancel or reschedule session.
50% of time booked will be charged for no show or less than 48hr notice given.
Billing starts from time booked by client.
Hard Drives And Back Up:
We keep high quality 200 gig drives in stock ($190/drive)
It is the client’s responsibility to pay for and request data back up.
Dogwood does not accept responsibility for any loss of data.
